Concept

We’ll work with your concept and architects plans to provide an outline budget within a few days of receipt.

No Hidden Fees

If you’re ok with the budget, we’ll provide a fixed price quote where we can, and highlight and possible variables with the reason why.

Timescales

We’ll give you a timescale – and 99% of the time we’ll keep to it – if we can’t you’ll know why, along with our plans to bring it back on track.

Keeping Promises

We do what we say we’re going to do, when we say we’re going to do it – you’ll be kept fully informed of your projects progress at all times.
